• Lead the project team (IT and business) to ensure successful implementation to agreed scope, timeline and cost and meeting the project objectives
• Vendor Management – manage the MDM supplier and an implementation partner to ensure that they deliver against agreed milestones and within budget
• Project Brief - establish and execute against the project brief (objectives, scope, plan, resources and governance)
• Issues and Risks Log - track issues and risks in Workfront and work with stakeholders to resolve where necessary
• Weekly Reports - prepare and distribute weekly project status reports keeping Workfront up to date.
• Relationship Management – build excellent working relationships with internal / external partners and key stakeholders
• Steering Committee Meetings - chair steering committees and working groups facilitating decision making and conflict resolution issuing steering committee packs and minutes
