What will you be doing?
Overseeing service delivery to our valued customers
Providing overall assistance to the Administration Manager
Ensuring that customers receive a full measure of service
Resolving any customer issues or escalate as appropriate whilst maintaining customer communication
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualities:
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Organisational ability
Strong customer service skills
Team player
Computer literate – Microsoft Office is essential
