Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Store Assistants/Team Members to join our team. As a Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers, take and process orders and assist with product inquiries.
• Prepare and serve beverages and snacks according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and customer areas.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management when replenishment is needed.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations & customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications / Experience:
• Minimum High School pass-out.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred (But not mandatory).
• Basic English & Hindi Communication is mandatory.
• Ready to work for rotational shifts & Flexible Week offs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
