We currently have x1 permanent opportunity and x1 fixed term (until November 2026) positions available.

Job Description
Reporting to the Store Events Lead, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and executing in-store events and activations across our Warehouse and Warehouse Stationary retail network.
You’ll work closely with creative, visual merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure every event is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating the planning and execution of in-store events and activations
Developing event timelines and ensuring all deliverables are met
Managing POS requirements, matrices, and supplier coordination
Supporting creative mock-ups and visual run-throughs for events
Collaborating closely with creative, visual merchandise, and design teams to bring brand messaging to life
Providing on-site support for major event builds when required
Maintaining event documentation, reporting, and post-implementation reviews
Contributing ideas to continuously improve event impact and customer engagement
Supporting health and safety standards across all event activities
Qualifications
You’ll be organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or event coordination
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A collaborative, proactive approach
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
A basic understanding of POS and retail event requirements
Bonus points if you have:
Experience creating mock-ups or visual presentations
Exposure to retail marketing or customer engagement strategies
Experience supporting large-scale retail events or activations
