Loom Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a leading solar panel and lithium battery manufacturing company in India, focused on innovation and quality. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations at our Palwal manufacturing plant.
Job Summary
The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inward and outward material movement, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with production & procurement teams, and ensuring proper inventory control within the factory premises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels and inform procurement for reordering.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Maintain minimum stock levels as per company policy.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) implementation.
2. Material Inward & Outward
• Verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update system records.
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate with logistics for material movement.
• Maintain gate pass and challan records.
3. Coordination with Departments
• Coordinate with production team for timely material supply.
• Work closely with procurement and accounts departments.
• Support planning team with inventory data.
• Handle material requisition slips (MRS).
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain inward/outward registers and stock ledger.
• Prepare daily stock reports and MIS.
• Ensure proper filing of store documents.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
5. Store Maintenance & Safety
• Ensure proper stacking and labeling of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in store area.
• Avoid material damage, pilferage, and wastage.
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
Required Skills
• Knowledge of inventory management in factory setup.
• Basic understanding of ERP/software for stock management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Educational Qualification
• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate preferred).
• Diploma in Material Management is an added advantage.
