Store Inventory and Dispatch

Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Inventory and Dispatch Executive to handle inventory management, material handling, local purchases, and dispatch operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, responsible, and capable of managing store and logistics activities. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock management. ● Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials . ● Prepare and pack orders for dispatch based on delivery schedules. ● Update stock registers and MRP/software (if applicable). ● Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages in advance. ● Arrange and coordinate transportation and logistics for timely deliveries. ● Handle material movement, loading/unloading, and stacking safely. ● Conduct local purchases of required materials based on immediate needs. ● Maintain records of inward and outward materials . ● Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory items. Follow safety and quality standards in material handling. Skills & Requirements: ● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / ITI (Any Trade) . ● Experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or logistics is an advantage. ● Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely . ● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MRP, or inventory software is a plus). ● Good communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to work independently and manage dispatch efficiently . ● Two-wheeler preferred for handling local purchases and urgent deliveries .
