Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Purpose:
The Store Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and materials, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring the proper organization of the store or warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
• Organize and label stock in designated storage areas for easy identification and access.
• Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low stock or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all store transactions in inventory management systems.
• Perform periodic stock audits and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store/warehouse area.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures in handling materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to ensure timely supply and dispatch of materials.
• Tag and track all stored items with proper identification labels or barcodes.
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a storekeeper, warehouse clerk, or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Tally) is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items when necessary.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
