Chinese Fast Food Restaurant – Store Manager Recruitment (Mandarin & English Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store, ensuring food quality, service standards, and hygiene meet company requirements
Achieve store business targets including revenue, cost control, and profit
Manage store staff, including rostering, training, performance evaluation, and motivation
Oversee ingredient purchasing, inventory, and wastage control to manage costs effectively
Supervise food safety procedures and operational standards, ensuring hygiene compliance
Handle customer complaints and emergency situations to improve customer satisfaction
Implement company policies, promotions, and operational strategies from head office
Submit regular store operation and performance reports
Job Requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Minimum 1 year of management experience in Chinese cuisine or fast-food restaurants
Familiar with Chinese fast-food operations, cost control, and staff management
Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; able to work under pressure
Good leadership and coordination skills; capable of leading and managing a team
Experience with chain restaurant brands is preferred
Other Requirements
Must hold a valid work visa
Live near the store location or have own transport (able to drive)
