Operations & Standards – From rostering and stock flow to health & safety and presentation, you’ll work closely with the Owner / Operator to ensure all details are nailed and the store is performing well!
Team Development – Coach, mentor and grow our people. We’re big on backing our crew!
Problem Solving – Whether it’s a delivery hiccup, a customer query, or a last-minute change, you’ll keep calm, think smart, and get it sorted.
Stock & Supply – Partner with our suppliers, manage orders, and keep the shelves looking sharp and full. You’ll organise and partake in stocktakes to ensure our shelves are always full and our customers happy!
Recruitment & Employment Relations– You’ll manage the recruitment of team members across the store and the day-to-day employment relations involved in operating a Supermarket.
Community Champion – Partner with local organisations to deliver on our store promises and play an active role in our community.
Hours
This is a full time, 45-hour position, with regular working days being Tuesday to Saturday. From time to time there may be a requirement to be flexible within these working days and hours, or take a call on the weekend.
About You:
Retail Pro – You’ve got solid supermarket retail management experience and know how to run the floor. It is preferred the successful applicant would have Store Manager experience within a supermarket.
Natural Leader – You’re confident, approachable, and earn respect by rolling up your sleeves alongside the team. You’ll positively lead our team in the right manner, and always lend a hand to our customers or visitors.
Customer-Focused – You get that every decision comes back to the customer experience.
Organised & Detail-Driven – You spot what’s missing, what’s messy, and what needs fixing – and you act on it.
