Position: Store Manager (Fashion)

At Sosandar, we are constantly striving to push boundaries and take our business to the next level. 2026 was a very exciting year for us as we opened up our very own bricks & mortar stores for the first time!
We are seeking a passionate Store Manager to join us in our Metrocentre Gateshead store. If you are someone who has a love for fashion, an eye for style, loves connecting with people and thrives in an environment of ownership and autonomy then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
About you:
Youll have experience as a Store Manager within a similar role, with a commercial focus and a passion and love for fashion! What youll be doing:
Be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience. Foster an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance. Develop and drive sales in store, continually identifying opportunities for growth and positively impacting KPIs. Manage and control costs and influence commercial decisions.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Sosandars brand, product and customer
driving passion for other store team members and our customers. Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience. Coach, develop and people manage your team to the highest standard Network and build relationships with internal and external business partners Be innovative and comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy Leading a team and encouraging that anything is possible attitude!
