About The Job Role
Coach and develop a team of 12+ to achieve sales and kpis
Create long lasting customer relationships
Deliver an exceptional store experience
Strong merchant skills in a large stock environment
Continue to build on store culture and customer engagement
What you will Bring:

Genuine team player with a ‘can do’ approach
High attention to detail in store standards and merchandising
Experience in high stock turn environments
Motivational leader, coach and mentor
Consistent customer first approach
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
