We're looking for a Store Manager to take the lead at our Manawa Bay store-someone who's passionate about empowering women, delivering an unforgettable shopping experience, and driving success with a high performing team.
More About This Opportunity:
This is a full time opportunity (40 Hours per week). Tuesday -Wednesday: 9.45am- 6pm | Thursday- Friday: 9.45am-7pm | Saturday: 9.45am - 5.15pm
What You'll Be Doing:
Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert in our 12 week training programme
Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
