Mandatory Skill:

• Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day store operations.
2. Handling the sales and assist the customers with the merchandise.
3. Responsible for the stores- sales target achievement.
4. Maintaining proper records/MIS and update management on timely basis
5. Attention to Visual merchandising, Replenishments and Maintenance of the store.
6. Handling and solving customer complaints.
7. Helping customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
8. Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
+. Maintaining inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
10. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
11. Execution of all Promotion plans to increase walk-ins and sales.
12. Managing daily replenishment and complete orders within a timeframe and delivering it to customers on time.
13. Ensuring there is a proper flow of information within the store and at the HO level too.
14. Responsible for the Daily Morning Briefing with the staff wherein you discuss the store performance, fast sellers, slow movers and areas of improvement.
Soft Skills:
• Presentable and smiling personality
• Good in English communication (verbal & written) and telephonic skills
• Good liaising and trouble shooting skills.
• A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
• Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize with attention to detail
