What You'll Do:

Lead by Example: Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, selling, and coaching your team to success.
Drive Sales: Strategically manage the store to achieve and exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.

What We're Looking For:

Leadership Experience: 2-4 years in management within a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel/footwear.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
Talent Development: A knack for identifying, training, and retaining top talent.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and inspire both your team and customers.
Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and events.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other essential tools.
