Job Description
A store packer is responsible for preparing goods for shipment by picking, inspecting, and packing items according to company standards, and ensuring packages are properly labeled and ready for dispatch. Key duties include maintaining an organized and clean workspace, handling inventory, adhering to safety protocols, and meeting productivity goals.
Responsibilities :
Order fulfillment: Pick products from shelves based on customer orders.
Quality control: Inspect products for damage, verify quantities, and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
Packing: Securely and efficiently pack items using appropriate materials, such as padding and boxes.
Labeling and documentation: Label packages accurately and log all relevant shipping and order information.
Work area maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Inventory and stock: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Equipment operation: Safely operate equipment such as dollies, pallet wrappers, or other packaging machinery if required.
Required skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
