The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and service focused Storeperson to join the team based in Adelaide. Your duties will include:
To provide, pick, receipt, processing, storage and dispatch of aeronautical product.
Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
Loading and unloading of stock.
Ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place.
Undertake regular stock take processes.
Work in accordance with airworthiness requirements.
Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
Actively participate as a team member to achieve team goals and deliver to the customer.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse/spares/inventory management experience in a maintenance/engineering and/or manufacturing environment.
A current LF Forklift licence, High Risk Work Licence.
Familiar with shipping procedures and systems - DHL, FedEx, Toll and/or others.
High attention to detail.
Experience using inventory management IT systems.
High-level skills in Information Technology packages such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience and results with respect to continuous improvement.
A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying.
