Job Title: Head of Finance
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Finance to lead all financial operations across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement a robust financial strategy that supports long-term growth and profitability.
Supervise the finance team, promoting a culture of cooperation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement.
Prepare and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
Provide regular forecasting updates, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet projections.
Deliver actionable insights through thorough analysis of financial data and business performance.
Supervise accounting operations for all entities within the Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Manage reconciliations within Xero and Excel to maintain financial integrity.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance requirements.
Supervise the preparation of management accounts and annual financial statements for multiple entities.
Requirements:
CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience in a senior financial position.
Skilled in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
High proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience in a multi-entity, international setting is highly valued.
Proven track record in leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and strategic mindset.
