Job OpportunityA leading Tata Motors dealership seeks a seasoned professional to oversee human resources and administrative functions across its sales and service divisions. Reporting directly to the General Manager-HR, this role offers an exciting chance to lead and contribute to the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the HR team and implement best practices in talent acquisition and retention, training and development, compensation, and benefits.Ensure routine compliance with all applicable labor laws and timely payroll administration.Collaborate with business and division heads to develop manpower plans aligned with business goals.Maintain positive employee relations, resolve complaints efficiently, and foster a harmonious work environment.Oversee administrative functions, ensuring adequate resources and infrastructure at all locations.Administer security effectively to ensure secure safekeeping at all times and locations.Provide regular and timely HR MIS to management.Implement Corporate Social Responsibility programs.Required Skills and Qualifications:A postgraduate degree in any discipline with a minimum 16-20 years of HR experience in retail, factory, or service industries with a minimum workforce of 1000 employees.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience working with government departments.Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Leadership skills with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Experience in general administration, event management, CSR, talent acquisition, and performance management.Knowledge and experience in HR software handling.Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.Perks:This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development in a dynamic organization.
