Job Description
We are seeking a strategic HR partner to translate business strategies and objectives into an HR agenda.
This role requires leading complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy, collaborating with the business for creating a high-performance culture by designing team and organizational solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for stakeholder management and partnership to deliver business value at the highest level, managing HR agile projects end-to-end, coaching and leading other team members, driving organization and team performance using Leadership and Talent development tools.
In addition, this role involves leading Organization Design programs, People & Capability Development to ensure the organization is always fit to compete in the marketplace, creating a positive winning Culture & improving Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Previous HR Business Partnering experience
