About the Role:

• Responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition and onboarding, employee relations and engagement, performance management, HR policies and compliance, payroll and HR operations, learning and development, and culture and diversity.">

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring).">
• Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.">

• Employee Relations & Engagement:">

• Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.">
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.">
• Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to analyze feedback for improvements.">

• Performance Management:">

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.">
• Collaborate with managers to set goals, conduct reviews, and drive continuous feedback.">

• HR Policies & Compliance:">

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.">
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and health and safety regulations.">
• Handle audits, documentation, and employee record-keeping.">

• Payroll & HR Operations:">

• Coordinate with the finance team for timely and accurate payroll processing.">
• Manage leaves, attendance, and time-off policies through HRMS tools.">
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.">

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
• 6–7 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.">
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.">
• Experience with HR software and systems.">
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.">
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.">
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.">
