• Key Accountabilities:
• Analyse business needs and develop strategic HR plans to drive business outcomes.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across various functions.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to ensure they have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Oversee payroll and employee benefits administration, resolving any issues promptly.
• Continuously monitor and improve our HR processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among employees.
