Responsibilities

Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within a similar organization.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Strong decision-making abilities in navigating complex HR situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
