Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring projects
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
- Facilitate interview schedules and manage communication with candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment metrics and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in bulk hiring
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
