Join our Strategy, Analytics Operations team!
The Strategy Operations team collaborates with Security Technology Group to craft and deliver customer-centric security products. This empowers the business with insights and drives impactful results and product strategy cross-functionally. Their goal is to enable smarter, faster, and more data-driven business decisions at Akamai.
Partner with the best
You will support STG's Central Business Operations with analysis and data management supporting functional organizations within STG. You will work closely with major stakeholders within the Product, Engineering and IT organizations.
As a Strategy Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for-
• Identifying and implementing high performance business value creation and transformation through data and analysis
• Becoming an expert on various datasets to provide guidance, analysis and recommendations to our stakeholders
• Streamlining and optimizing cross-functional processes to maximize productivity
• Working with the Business Intelligence team on dashboard reporting requirements
• Analyzing complex data and translating into actionable recommendations
• Defining goals and KPIs, building out the reporting, summarizing and presenting progress to executive stakeholders
Do What You Love
• To be successful in this role you will-
• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in highly analytical environments
• Demonstrate effective business-partnering skills, particularly with senior management
• Be able to perform data analysis and report findings (Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau)
• Possess effective analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
• Have experience with Salesforce and PowerPoint/Google Slides and a background in consulting or business strategy teams
