Strategy & Program Management Leader – Digital Media, Adobe India

The challenge
The Strategy & Program Management Leader for Digital Media will be a key member of the Digital Media India leadership team. This role will partner with the Sales and GTM team to help define and create the hyper growth strategy for the Digital Media India business over the next three years.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Media India business, the Strategy & Program Management Leader will be responsible for developing a strategic vision and mission, setting objectives, crafting tactics to achieve those objectives, and evaluating and measuring performance.
What you will do
Be the driver for business unit wide strategy, create action plans and monitor execution rigour against the plan by defining and refining KPIs and OKRs.
Deep and proactive analysis of India market opportunity growth areas, diagnosis of existing business problems / gaps, to be addressed as part of the strategic plan
Lead, coordinate and refine bi-weekly and monthly interlocks with APAC Digital Media LT and the global BU team to drive visibility and sponsorship for the strategic plan and required investments
Responsible for building and delivering executive presentations with internal stakeholders, including regular deep-dive sessions.
Contribute to planning, including segmentation, financial targets, organizational design, account coverage, capacity model, territory assignment, quotas, and compensation plans.
Support and optimize the GTM strategy, including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, and Enterprise Data-Driven Operating model.
What you need to succeed
17 - 20 years of professional experience with consistent record in strategy, operations, program management in technology / SaaS / consulting / services organization(s).
A person with stellar strategic thinking, deep analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in business planning and operations within a complex technology sales environment.
Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication skills
A validated ability to convert a strategic business plan to an executable operational plan, develop KPIs and OKRs to support the execution and measure performance
Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
Results-oriented; with a consistent track record in meeting and exceeding goals.
