As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking a Lead Structural Engineer/Associate Director to take on a key leadership role within the Perth branch.
About The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Structural Engineer/Associate Director to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and management of the Structural Division in Perth. You will be stepping into a client-facing position with a strong emphasis on building the Structural team, working closely with the Regional Director. This role is integral to the strategic development of the Perth branch and offers significant career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Structural Division in Perth, ensuring the team’s growth and success.
Act as the primary client contact, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Oversee project delivery in collaboration with the technical team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Support the Regional Director by managing day-to-day operations and contributing to the strategic planning of the Perth branch.
Drive business development efforts within the Commercial Construction, Transport Infrastructure as well as Mining & Resources sectors.
About You:
Extensive experience in structural engineering, with a strong emphasis on managerial roles.
Proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing and growing engineering teams.
Strong client-facing abilities with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
Ability to oversee both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations.
