Duties and Responsibilities
1. Explaining admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.
2. Create a well-organized counselling plan for students with the most modern mentoring techniques.
3. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students as well as teachers.
4. Monitor student progress and identify behavioural issues.
5. Support students to process their problems, plan actions and achieve goals.
6. Counsellor makes an individual know their interests, skills, and abilities and assists them in the process of choosing their career.
7. Maintain and update student records.
8. Offering referrals to outside resources, such as for mental health, substance abuse, or vocational-related activities.
+. Reporting student issues to the appropriate state authorities if neglect or abuse is suspected.
10. Will be a Single point of contact (SPOC) between the students, College Training & Placement Officers & Principals.
11. Acquire new education institutes, colleges and universities for Skill Training.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
