Job Tile: Student Counsellor
Job Sector: Creative Education (Design, Fashion & Architecture)
Previous Experience: Candidates with previous experience in student counselling at IAS / CET / NEET / Software / Hardware / IELTS training institutes would be preferred
Basic Requirement: Candidate is required to work on Saturday & Sunday and will get Monday off
Locations: Malleshwaram (1 Opening), Marathahalli (1 Opening)
A Student Counselling - Increasing course enrollments
1 Monitoring of all leads coming in from all Campaign - Facebook, Google, Just Dial etc.
2 Methodical follow up of all leads within a few hours of enquiry
3 Report creation for calls made, responses and follow up measures
4 Ensuring appropriate courses being suggested along with up selling courses and relevant materials
5. Enrollment / Onboarding procedures as per DQ Labs requirements including Photograph, payments, receipts, account activation, adding to relevant WhatsApp groups etc.
6.Ensuring the full fees received in cash / cheque / EDC etc. is deposited on within 24 hours into the relevant bank accounts
7 Ensuring all enrollment details are updated at the end of the day
8. Single point of contact for students and parents - Coordination & communication by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls etc.
+ Reporting & Analysis of enrollments, expectations from parents / students, feedback
10 Competitor Analysis - Formal & Informal
11 Interacting with students & parents and getting informal feedback from them
12 Ensuring that parents are kept informed of students progress
B Leading Telecalling Team
1 Ensuring that Telecallers are trained and equipped to handle sales DQ Edge (Learning Platform)
2 Tracking of performance of telecallers, DQ Edge etc.
3 Tracking of Self Study student performance on DQ Edge + Training on how to use DQ Edge
C Managing Referral Partners / Franchise Partners
1 Supporting Study Material Partners (B2B) with updates, training etc. and to increase sales
2 Tracking of revenue, commission to be paid etc.
3 Identifying potential areas for revenue generation
4 Coordinating with internal teams to ensure marketing collaterals provided to each partner
D Operational Responsibilities
1 Ensuring discipline with students
2 Ensuring the overall upkeep of the premises
3 Ensuring that classes happen as per schedule
4 Ensuring that Rent, Bills etc are paid
5 Office requiremens to be ensured (Stationery materials, housekeeping materials etc.)
Skills Required:
Strong sales skills
Strong Communication (English and at least one other language)
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet etc.)
Good Online Research skills Process oriented and meticulous in accounting. Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently
