Job Description
Overseas Education Counsellor
• Advise, counsel & enroll potential students to for our study abroad services. Complete knowledge of universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships in at least 3 of the following countries United Kingdom / Canada / Australia / New Zealand, Ireland, USA, Singapore, European countries
• Application form filling & documentation
• SOP / LOR / Resume guidance to students
• Provide information on desired courses based on needs & aspirations of students
• Provide telephonic counselling to the leads from all sources & invite them to walk into the office for counselling or an online counselling session.
• Assist students with visa requirements
• Maintain student data in company CRM
• Good communication and influencing skills.
• Sales attitude
• Experience in Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry for at least 1 year
