Hi, we are Big Fulfilment, a growing 3PL warehouse that helps businesses with their wholesale and e-commerce orders. We’re all about getting things done properly, working as a team, and keeping the vibe positive while we do it.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for Subcontractors to assist with container unloading and general warehouse labour work. Tasks may also include repacking, labelling, pallet wrapping, and other hands-on warehouse duties.
If you’re reliable, physically fit, and easy to work with, this could be a great fit.
This role is subcontractor-based, so you’ll need your own ABN and the ability to work flexible hours depending on workload.
What You’ll Be Doing
Container unloading (manual handling, unpacking cartons/pallets)
Repacking, labelling and pallet wrapping
Assisting with stock movements and general warehouse duties
Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
Working alongside our team and customers to complete tasks efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
Valid ABN: Required for subcontracting
Reliable transport: Most work will be in the South Eastern suburbs
Physically fit: The role can be labour-intensive, especially with container work
Safety gear: Steel cap boots and hi-vis are a must
Good attitude: Reliable, positive and easy to get along with
Team player: Ability to work with others to get the job done
Attention to detail: Especially for repacking, labelling and stock handling
Previous warehouse or container unloading experience: Not essential, but highly valued
Forklift licence: Bonus if you’ve got one
