Overview
As a Subject Coordinator at Innerscore plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the content development projects for the respective subjects within the curriculum. The responsibility primarily is to leads and collaborating with a network of teachers and contributors, adapting content to diverse curricula, and collaboratively generating high-quality educational materials in accordance with SLAs. The role involves overseeing content creation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standard.
As Subject Coordinator:

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Build a network of teachers and contributors who can work on different projects of Coschool as Gig workers (Freelancers, part timers).
• Understanding various curricula and setup the content requirements from time to time.
• Work with teachers and individual contributors to generate/ create content as per SLA and add to the Database.
• Responsible to create and update respective subject’s database of chapters, learning outcomes and their related sub topics.
• Responsible for creating the chapter based goal sheets for Question Bank 6. Responsible for creating and generating the Question Bank data as per the curriculum requirement
• Responsible for creating a cycle to validate the existing QB data
• Validating the different types of educational content created for the teachers as per the subject
• Coordinate with different subject matter expert and guide them in the different educational project
• Managing the project and adhering to the timelines.
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years’ of teaching experience in secondary and senior secondary classes, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role is necessary. Experience in Project management will add value.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with teachers and other contributors. Proficient in curriculum development, lesson planning, AI and educational technology. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of different curricula across Grade 1 to 12. Knowledge of effective teaching methodologies and tools. Familiarity with latest educational research and trends.
Educational Qualification: The candidate should possess a master’s degree with teaching qualifications in CBSE/IGCSE/ICSE/IB
• Teaching Training certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
• A sharp candidate with deep understanding on education and who takes accountability also has interest in research in sharing the best learning journey
