Overview:
As a Subject Matter Expert – Physics you shall contribute the development of the Physics curriculum for self-learning App for students across the grade levels of secondary segment. You shall be required to ideate and curate content for student learning journey and need to visualize the student learning journey on digital medium. You will work with the Product Team to provide expert inputs for your subject on designing the self-learning App for students across the grade levels.
As a Subject Expert:

Develop fresh and creative ways of developing the content, material.
Research grade appropriate material, literature and stay abreast of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Define the learning outcomes at different levels for different chapters
Designing Student Learning Journey
Shall curate content in Physics textbook prescribed in CBSE curriculum for an online app.
Shall be innovative and solution oriented to make language lessons meaningful to learners across spectrum.
Research grade-appropriate content material.
Assessment of learning outcomes
Create and Curate Content to involve parents, teachers and peers in the student learning journey
Participate in rigorous content review processes with the goal of improving the quality and pedagogical creativity of the product.
Ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the developed matter
Develop content, create and review questions with detailed solutions
Analyse and understand the pattern of the learning journey.
Ensuring to consistently meet the timelines of submission of the content.
Your Qualities:
8-10 years’ experience as a teacher handled secondary segment.
A thorough understanding of the teaching Physics pedagogy.
Thorough knowledge in Physics subject in secondary segment
Ability to visualize student journey on App
Strong passion for the development and education of students
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Coordination and Time management skills
What We Need:
Masters or Equivalent with preferably Physics major.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
A sharp candidate with deep understanding on education and who takes accountability.
