Role: Subpoena Clerk
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane
Employment Type: Part-time, 24hrs per week

We’re looking for a Subpoena Clerk to join our Legal team on a part-time basis.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll play a key role in managing and responding to subpoenas, while also providing general legal and administrative support to the team.
Your Impact:
Manage and respond to subpoenas received by Goodstart
Liaise with centres, external law firms, courts and government departments
Support our in-house legal team with research and administration
Assist with general legal coordination and documentation

You’ll bring to the table:
Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (minimum 2 years completed)
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a service-based role
Legal, government or not-for-profit experience (desirable)
Current QLD Working with Children Check
