Location: Various Schools in Red Deer
Commencing the start of the 2026-2026 School year
Red Deer Public Schools is accepting applications for Substitute Teachers to work across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Successful candidates must be prepared to teach all subjects and grade levels as required.
Substitute teachers are assigned in the absence of the regular classroom teacher and are responsible for supporting student learning by delivering programmed lessons and maintaining a positive, purposeful classroom environment.
Required Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible for an Alberta Professional Teaching Certificate. Please upload a copy of your teaching certificate, or include your certificate number and expiry date in your application.
