Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a premium property developer in their search for a Display Suite Host / Sales Administrator to support their high-end sales team.
We’re on the hunt for someone personable and proactive who can create a warm, welcoming experience while supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration. This is a casual opportunity with 2–3 shifts per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right person.

What do you do?
Host the display suite and welcome clients and prospective buyers
Manage walk-ins and initial enquiries until a sales consultant is available
Support the sales team with sales packs, printing and appointment coordination
Serve coffee or refreshments and maintain a polished client experience
Ensure the display suite is presentable and welcoming at all times
Assist with general administration, marketing materials and EDMs
What do you need?
RSA required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident interacting with clients in a professional setting
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable supporting a team with administrative tasks
