Altara Heights is a premium leadership alignment consultancy based in Houston, Texas. We help mid-size organizations move from uncertainty to strategic clarity through our proprietary Team Alignment Index™ diagnostic and signature ALIGN Executive Retreats. Our methodology: Diagnose → Align → Prove.
We are accepting applications for our inaugural Summer Fellowship Program — 4 part-time positions running June 8 through August 3, 2026.
Fellows work directly with our Founder and CEO on real strategic projects that shape how the firm grows, serves clients, and builds its brand. This is not busy work. You will leave with portfolio-ready deliverables, a LinkedIn recommendation, and a $1,000 completion stipend.
Available roles:
Operations Strategist — Build SOPs, Loom training tutorials, and workflow documentation to scale firm operations.
Sales & Market Intelligence — Build prospect lists, optimize CRM, and develop outreach strategies to support business development.
Content & Marketing Associate — Launch our YouTube channel, develop email newsletters, and build content calendars aligned to business goals.
Events & Community Engagement — Research conferences, manage submissions, and support logistics and community-building initiatives.
