Job Description
Canarm AgSystems is currently seeking motivated and reliable Post-Secondary Students to join our team as Production Associates for the upcoming summer season. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while contributing to a team that values quality, safety, and innovation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the production and assembly of agricultural equipment and ventilation systems
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Other ad-hoc duties as required by Production Manager
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program
Ability to work full-time hours for the summer season
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
Comfortable with physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and handling tools
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but not required
