Job Description
• Performs routine maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensures proper calibration and safe operation of all spraying/fertilizing equipment
• Maintains chemical storage and mixing areas in compliance with governmental regulations
• Remains up-to-date in knowledge of chemicals/fertilizers that are being applied and general continuing education
• Maintains all records as required by regulating authorities
• Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed including compliance with government regulations
• Responsible for ensuring the safety and direction of chemical/fertilizer handlers and/or helpers
• Supervises and assists maintenance staff in daily duties. Assists with interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Daily Irrigation monitoring, scheduling, general maintenance and upkeep

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Gulf Shores, AL 36542: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
• Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Required)
Language:
• English w/ Spanish Speaking as plus (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
• CTEM and CGCS Preferered
• Landscape maintenance: 1 year required
