• Managing the project: Overseeing the project's management and safety, and ensuring that it's completed on time and within budget
• Coordinating workers and materials: Ensuring that workers, materials, and equipment are coordinated, and that specifications are followed
• Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and construction workers to share project expectations and progress
• Planning and scheduling: Planning and scheduling the daily activities of Site workers
• Resolving problems: Resolving work problems and recommending ways to improve productivity and quality
• Ordering materials: Ordering materials and supplies
• Training workers: Training workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
