Time Mission is an immersive, team-based adventure experience where guests complete physical and mental challenges across a series of high-energy “portals.” We deliver fast-paced, interactive entertainment designed for friends, families, and corporate groups—creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Supervisor to help lead daily operations at our Houston location. This role sits just below the Operations Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth shift execution, and strong team performance. Supervisors are trusted leaders who can step in as Manager on Duty (MOD), oversee staff, and maintain operational standards during their shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as Manager on Duty, leading shifts and ensuring seamless daily operations
• Deliver and uphold an exceptional guest experience from check-in to mission completion
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high energy and service standards
• Monitor floor operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all missions run efficiently
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling support, opening/closing duties, and cash handling
• Act as the point of escalation for guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support training and onboarding of new team members

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and a guest-first mindset
• Ability to think quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of a shift
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
