Role and Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Calls/Emails and transactions as per the defined target
Conduct team huddles and provide updates
Calibrations of audit with internal team and client
Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas
Create TNI
Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement
Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects
Identify training needs of the team and work with operations and training to document content and ensure each team member is covered
Use Phone and Messaging queue monitoring systems to identify opportunity and Process improvement opportunity
Provide key insights from case scrubs/RCAs and Analysis
Key skills & knowledge:
Strong in documentation and email etiquette
Working knowledge of MS office applications like Excel and Power point
Good communication and Analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good Knowledge of basic company policies
Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
Skill to provide effective coaching & Feedback
Knowledge about the 7 tools of quality will be an added advantage
Ability to work in flexible shifts
Skilled to create TNI
Educational Qualification: Undergrad/Graduate
