Role Description This is a full-time onsite role located in Pan India basis for a Construction( Civil & mechanical)Supervisor at Aadhavan Engineering services Pvt Ltd. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, coordinating tasks and schedules, and supervising team members to maintain quality standards. Supervisor will be responsible for starting new site, arranging workers, materials and machinery, dealing with clients. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Knowledge of construction in civil and mechanical required. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
