What’s on offer?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team delivering Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract working closely with Transport for NSW. We're looking for a leader who will support and motivate our site teams – ensuring the focus remains on safety, quality, cost and schedule in the planning and execution of the work. You will be joining an experienced existing Delivery Team which will offer the right candidate the opportunity to develop and progress their careers within in a supportive, structured Team Environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Attending/leading daily pre-start meetings to address all site requirements;
Scheduling, forecasting, procurement and management of materials, plant, personnel and subcontractors;
Contributing to the development and implementation of SWMS;
Coordinating various civil packages across projects;
Assist Project Team in Managing/monitoring project costs.
Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday 3:30am - 11:30am.
To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on road infrastructure projects. You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors. You will also need an active HR Licence and White Construction Card.
