Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Project Execution & Management:
• Lead the survey, erection, commissioning, and testing of the conversion of the existing 11 kV HT Line by 55mm2 AAAC MVCC on existing poles.
• Oversee erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Assist the Project Manager in executing projects, including scheduling, shutdowns, and billing.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with local authorities, such as Forest and Railway departments, to secure necessary permissions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to plan and verify site activities, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues.
• Quality & Compliance:
• Inspect materials supplied to the site to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with Electrical Inspectors to obtain approval for the charging of HT/LT lines.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant safety and quality standards.
• Billing & Documentation:
• Verify subcontractor work and bills to support the monthly billing process.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including engineering drawings, work orders, and BOQs.
