Job Description
This position is located in the Office of Enforcement within the Division of Supervision, Enforcement, and Fair Lending at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).The incumbent serves as an Assistant Litigation Deputy, assisting a Deputy Assistant Director for Enforcement ("Litigation Deputy") who is responsible for enforcing federal consumer financial laws to protect consumers from harm, including by partnering with other federal and state agencies.

As a Supervisory Attorney-Adviser (Assistant Litigation Deputy), you will:
• Assist Litigation Deputy in managing the work of a group of Enforcement attorneys.
• Act as the front-line supervisor for Enforcement attorneys assigned to matters, investigations, and litigations.
• Provide guidance on substantive, strategic, and procedural matters to Enforcement attorneys conducting investigations, litigation, and the negotiation of settlements.
• Determine workload priorities and establish schedules and milestones for the accomplishment and review of work assigned based on organizational requirements and priorities.
