We are on the lookout for a detail‑driven and customer‑focused Supplier Master Data & Portal Specialist to support the accuracy, security, and performance of our supplier master data and our Mitre 10 Connect Supplier Portal.

About the Role
In this key position, you will:
Be the first point of contact for supplier master data queries
Set up and maintain supplier records across Mitre 10 systems
Support supplier onboarding and access to the Mitre 10 Connect Supplier Portal
Assist with invoice and payment remittance workflows (OCR / EDI)
Ensure data accuracy and alignment across integrated systems
Analyse supplier and customer data to maintain high data quality
Manage portal reporting, documentation, and process updates
Investigate and resolve data issues, including root cause analysis
This role sits within our Financial Systems team and works closely with suppliers, stores, and internal system users.
What You’ll Bring

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
At least 2 years’ experience in a data administration or similar role
Experience with SAP and Esker (highly beneficial)
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
The ability to work collaboratively and pitch in as part of a team
