Experience
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in supply chain management (Mandatory skill)
Extensive knowledge of import-export procedures and regulations (Mandatory skill)
In-depth understanding of power transformers and their supply chain (Mandatory skill)
Effective logistics management skills to ensure timely distribution and delivery of products
Strong team management capabilities to guide and lead a team effectively
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Ability to analyze supply chain data and implement process improvements
Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Oversee the import and export processes ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and generate reports for management
Ensure the availability of critical materials and components to maintain production schedules
Resolve any issues or discrepancies in the supply chain process promptly
