Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Architect
Owens & Minor is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Solutions Architect to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS). As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture of our TMS system.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Blue Yonder TMS systems, including technology upgrades, handling configurations, data migration, and system integration. Key responsibilities include collaboration and communication with operational stakeholders, identification of opportunities to optimize user workflows, and provision of support and training to teammates for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Blue Yonder TMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture of the Blue Yonder TMS system
- Develop, configure, and implement Blue Yonder TMS systems using standard integration methods or ABPP customization
- Collaborate and communicate with operational stakeholders to address their concerns and guide them through technical challenges
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize user workflows within Blue Yonder TMS
- Provide support and training to teammates for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Blue Yonder TMS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of BY TMS experience with understanding of the technical and functional aspects of TMS and ABPP within Blue Yonder
- Ability and willingness to learn ABPP
- Strong understanding of Supply chain management concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Good technical knowledge in Blue Yonder TMS and experience working with platforms PC Miler, SMC Rateware, JMS Weblogic, and ABPP
- Good programming skills in Java, .NET, or similar languages and willingness to learn and work on ABPP development
