Summary
We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in procurement, production, and distribution. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering superior products to our customers.
Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels and to oversee all purchases for all existing product lines and raw materials.
Keep overall inventory to agreed levels, while minimizing stock outs.
Identify product lines which are over/ under performing and adjusting stock levels appropriately.
Facilitate communications about product to required areas of the organization.
Negotiate the best prices for existing & new products.
Ensure that all lance pipe fabrication needs are scheduled, manufactured, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
Plan, communicate production activities (Production Tracker).
Comply with safety and quality standards, providing training as required.
Requirements
Proven supply chain experience
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics.
Experience with WMS & ERP systems is essential.
Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process optimization.
