Key Responsibility:
SOURCING:
• Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the quality hiring of
delivery associates in time.
• Build the supply base for existing and new customers across the zone.
• Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract delivery associates.
• Understands cost and able to develop sourcing plans and budget.
• Create/iterate processes to onboard, manage, train and deploy delivery associates.
• Build strong vendor base who can supply manpower.
• Build a strong recruiter base enabling hiring directly from the field.
• Understand critical requirements of various teams and act on them.
• Visit fields/ hubs to understand the process/workflow and do sourcing whenever required.
• Lead teams of sourcing in the zone (sourcing coordinator, tele callers, field recruiters and on boarders).
RETENTION:
• Closely work with operations and supply operations to control attrition in the region.
• Ensure efficacy in 7-Day Follow up to ensure maximum candidates are retained.
• Establish SME base within the company and resolve rider issues through respective SMEs.
• Ensure all riders are trained on joining and refresher training is conducted at timely intervals.
• Conduct R&R and ground engagement activities on a regular basis.
• Plan roster based field visits of the retention team to stores/hubs to understand ground challenges.
• Regularly prepare and publish various attrition control reports to management.
• Regularly track and appraise performance of the team through predefined metrics.
• Create and enforce processes with the objective of maximum retention with lowest TAT.
• Lead team of retention in the zone (retention coordinator, counsellors and tele callers).
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (bulk blue-collared sourcing experience in the logistics industry preferred)
• Excellent team management skills
